The bus of SEBE travelling on Saturday 9th of August 2010 at 14:15 from the Bus Station of Tallinn to Narva got into danger straight after the departure. The bus driver had a stroke – he was able to start the bus but he did not manage to drive it. The bus rolled slowly form Odra Street towards Tartu Road intersection until two brave young men stood up and tried to talk to the driver. As he did not respond they pulled the brakes and stopped the bus. The bus did not even reach the kerb.
At the end of a day it was an accident with happy end for the passenger and we hope that the bus driver will get well. We are very grateful for the comprehensive and helpful attitude of the passenger.
Now we are hoping to find these two fine lads who with their decisive actions ensured the safety of the passengers.
We are kindly asking the young men to contact us by e-mail berit@sebe.ee
