Tickets may be purchased from the bus stations and bus drivers only in cash. In purchasing from the internet paying is possible in the internet banks of Swedbank, SEB, Nordea, Sampo and Krediidipank. Please check that you will get the the correct benefits in purchasing the ticket. In cases necessary please produce for verifying your age your document of identification with the picture. Discount card must be produced before the purchase of the ticket.
Hand luggage and the luggage for luggage compartment are authorized on the journey without charge as well as special luggage and pets (please see the rules applying for the luggage).
There are no standing places in the long distance buses.
In all the long distance buses WIFI internet is available, electricity supply may not be available.
Buses with WC - it is open during the journey. Please ask the key from the bus driver.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the buses.
Stops on request are for passengers wishing to departure before the final stop and bus driver must be informed of it early.
Bus may be late in the cases of bad road and weather conditions. The main task of the bus driver is to ensure safe journey and it gives the right of not complying with the timetable (this comes from general rules written in Estonian).
