To meet all your expectations in the future, we would appreciate any kind of feedback by you (opinions, praises, blames).

Please use the questionnaire below for giving your short and fast feedback. With the complaints we will proceed in case they are submitted within 14 days after the journey. Generally we are replying within 7 working days.

Another possibility is to take 5 minutes for sending your opinion and fill in longer questionnaire. At the end of each quarter we raffle different attractive prizes amongst everyone who have filled in the feedback questionnaires. Winners will be announced on our homepage in the news column and contacted by e-mail as well.
