The following people can travel for free: 
pre-school children, disabled children, people 16 years of age and older with a profound disability, an escort to a severely or profoundly visually impaired person or a guide dog escorting a visually impaired person.
Travelling for free is granted on the basis of a supporting document confirming the eligibility for this benefit.

Youth is a person until 25 years (incl.) of age (eligible for discount on his/her 26th birthday).
Elderly is a person 60 years of age and older. The basis for a discount is a supporting identifying document with a photo.
The owners of a discount card can get an additional 0,30 euro discount starting from 1,30 euro ticket fares (applicable both to full price and discount tickets). See additional information about the discount card.
Full price ticket fares are rounded with a 0,20 euro and discount tickets with a 0,10 euro accuracy. The lowest ticket price is 1 euro.
